How do we start?
After your initial inquiry, I will arrange a time to offer you the free 15 min telephone consultation to see if we think we’re a good fit to work together. After that, we’ll arrange a time and a day for your sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
This can vary. Some clients prefer longer-term counselling, and some prefer shorter-term. After our initial phone call, I will offer you an initial six sessions to secure your slot, and review with you along the way. You may wish to stay in therapy a little longer, or you may wish to stop before six sessions.
How much will it cost?
Where are you?
Face to face sessions are available in Hoyland Common, S74. A repurposed building containing comfortable counselling rooms. This is just a few minutes for M1 junction 36. Free on street parking is available.
I also offer online appointments via Teams, Google or Zoom.
